  The Tiroler Ski Club celebrates its 45th year this 2011-2012 season, and offers its members quality ski experiences combined with the value and camaraderie of group skiing. The word "Tiroler" was derived from the "tirol" province of Austria famous for its alpine sports and at the time reflected the German-American background of the original founding members. The group has evolved over the years and now includes a broad spectrum of diverse people - we welcome you and thanks for checking us out.

The club has a unique character and there is a real fellowship in the club because of our member loyalty and low membership turnover. A nucleus of younger men and women who are active skiers has formed and they are asserting themselves to evolve the club so it will flourish far into this century, "Our greatest achievement lies in our members loyalty and camaraderie. Skiing is our main endeavor, but building lasting friendships has become a club tradition."

  This is the eighth year of the Tiroler Ski Club website, which is a very useful tool for information, communication, and the continued growth of the club.
